Adding `.mw-footer` & `.mw-footer-container` CSS classes & replacing `#mw-footer`,`#mw-footer-container` selectors with them. `#mw-footer` & `#mw-footer-container` ids are kept for JS, gadgets compatibility and backwards compatibility with user styles.
